Privacy Policy
We collect some personal information when you use our site. This page explains what we take, why we need it, and what you can do about it. UK data protection law applies here, so you’ve got rights.
1. What Information We Collect
When you register, we ask for the basics – name, birthday, address, email, phone number. We need payment details too, but your full card number never sits on our servers. That goes straight to the payment company. Every bet you place, every deposit you make, every game you play – all that gets logged. Partly for our records, partly because the Gambling Commission makes us keep it.
2. Technical Stuff We Track
Your IP address, what browser you’re using, whether you’re on a phone or laptop – we see that. Cookies help us keep in mind you’re logged in and figure out which bits of the site people use most. You can turn cookies off if you want, but some things might not work properly afterwards.
3. Why We Need Your Data
- Checking you are who you say you are (KYC rules, can’t avoid them)
- Handling deposits and withdrawals without things going wrong
- Spotting dodgy activity before it becomes a bigger problem
- Meeting legal requirements from the Gambling Commission
- Answering questions when you contact support
- Sending you marketing emails if you said we could
4. Who Else Sees It
We don’t hand your information out for fun. Payment processors get what they need to handle transactions. If the Gambling Commission wants to see something, we have to show them – that’s part of our licence. Companies that help run the site get limited access to do their jobs, nothing more.
5. Keeping Things Secure
We use encryption, secure servers, the works. Not everyone who works here can access player data – only people who actually need it for their job. We keep records for seven years usually, because gambling regulations say we have to. After that, everything gets deleted properly.
6. What Rights You Have
You can ask to see what data we hold about you. If something’s wrong, tell us and we’ll fix it. Don’t want us processing certain information? You can object, though sometimes we legally have to keep doing it anyway. Want to take your data somewhere else? We can give you a copy in a format that works for that. Deleting everything is trickier – gambling regulations often mean we have to keep records even if you close your account.
7. Marketing Messages
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you’re off the list within a couple of days. We might update this policy occasionally – if we make big changes, we’ll send you an email about it or stick a notice on the website.
