These rules apply to everyone using our site. When you sign up for an account with us, you’re agreeing to follow what we’ve laid out here. It’s pretty standard stuff – just read through it so you know what’s expected.

1. Who Can Use Our Site

You need to be at least 18 to play here. That’s the law in the UK, and we take it seriously. When you register, give us real information – your actual name, birth date, where you live, and an email that works. Sometimes we’ll ask for ID to prove you are who you say you are. It’s annoying, but it keeps everyone safe.

2. Looking After Your Account

Your account is yours alone. Don’t share your password with anyone, not even your best mate. If someone else logs in and places bets, that’s on you. We’re pretty strict about people having multiple accounts too – one per person, full stop. Get caught with more than one and we’ll shut them all down and keep whatever money’s in them.

3. Putting Money In and Taking It Out

Deposits usually go through straight away, so you can start playing right after. Most payment methods need at least a tenner, some want twenty quid minimum. When you want to withdraw, we’ll run some checks first – just making sure everything’s legit. How long it takes depends on which payment method you picked. Cards are slower than e-wallets, that sort of thing.

4. About Bonuses

Bonuses come with strings attached – always have, always will. You’ll need to wager them a certain number of times before you can cash out. Each game counts differently towards clearing that wagering. Slots usually count fully, but table games might only count 10% or sometimes nothing at all. Check the bonus terms page because every offer is different. Miss the deadline and you lose the bonus plus anything you won with it.

5. How Games Work

  • Once you click to place a bet, that’s it – no changing your mind
  • If something goes wrong with the software, any affected bets don’t count
  • We can stop anyone from playing if we need to
  • Leave your account sitting there for a year and we’ll start charging a small monthly fee
  • Got a problem with a bet? Let us know within a week or we can’t help

6. When We Change Things

We might update these terms now and then. When we do, the new version goes live immediately on the website. Keep using the site after that and it means you’re okay with the changes. Worth checking back here every few months just to see if anything major has shifted.

7. Staying Legal

We operate under UK Gambling Commission licence 39326. That means we follow their rules, and you need to follow the law wherever you’re playing from. Online gambling isn’t legal everywhere, so if you’re somewhere it’s banned, that’s your problem not ours. We can’t be responsible for people breaking their local laws.
