Bonuses look great in the adverts, but they come with conditions. Here’s how they actually work, what you need to do to clear them, and what happens if you don’t.

1. Who Gets Bonuses

Not everyone qualifies for every offer. Where you live matters, which payment method you use matters, whether you’ve taken other bonuses before matters. Welcome bonuses are one per person, one per household, one per IP address. Try claiming it twice with different accounts and we’ll close both accounts and keep the money. That’s not a threat, it’s just what happens.

2. Wagering Requirements Explained

You can’t just take a bonus and immediately withdraw it – there’d be no point in us providing them. Wagering requirements mean you have to bet a certain amount before you can cash out. Get a £100 bonus with 30x wagering? You need to wager £3,000 total. Sounds like a lot, and sometimes it is. Games count differently too. Slots usually count fully, but blackjack might only count 10%. Some games don’t count at all. Read the terms for each specific bonus.

3. Rules While Playing With Bonus Money

  • Maximum bet is usually £5 per spin or hand – go higher and you break the rules
  • Some games are completely off-limits when you’ve got bonus funds active
  • You’ve got a deadline, normally between a week and a month
  • Winnings might be capped, so winning £10,000 doesn’t mean you get £10,000
  • Withdraw before clearing the wagering and you lose the bonus and anything you won with it

4. About Free Spins

Free spins get added to specific games, and the value per spin is already decided – you can’t change it. Any winnings from free spins often need wagering before you can withdraw them. Use them quickly too, because they expire. Usually you get 24 to 72 hours before they vanish.

5. Cashback and VIP Stuff

Cashback gives you a percentage of your losses back, either as bonus money or real cash depending on the offer. Some cashback only kicks in after you’ve lost a certain amount. VIP programs reward people who play a lot – better cashback rates, special bonuses, someone to contact if there’s a problem. The more you wager, the higher you climb through the tiers.

6. Playing Fair

We watch for people trying to game the system. Suddenly changing your bet sizes all over the place, using strategies that eliminate risk, coordinating with other players – these all look suspicious. If we think you’re abusing bonuses, we’ll investigate. Get caught and we can void bets, cancel winnings, or close your account completely.

7. How Games Pay Out

Every game uses a random number generator that’s been tested by independent labs. RTP (return to player) shows what the game pays back over millions of spins. Your session won’t match that number – you might win big, you might lose everything. That’s variance. We show the RTP in the game rules so you know what you’re playing.

8. When Promotions Change

We can alter or cancel any promotion whenever we want. If you’re already playing through a bonus when we change the terms, you finish under the old rules. New claims after the change use the new terms. Sometimes bonus rules override the general terms – when that happens, bonus rules win.
